In consideration of acceptance to and by this running club, and intending to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, minors you are in care of and\or executors, and assigns, I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge any and all rights and claims, liabilities, and/or damages of any kind which I may have or may hereafter accrue to me against the Brick West Running Club (Club), Brick West Brewing Co,  other businesses the Club may organize at, or any of the respective officers, agents, representatives, sponsors, successors, and/or assigns of any of the foregoing in connection with my travel to, participating in, and returning from Club events for any and all damages or injuries sustained and suffered by me during any Club related activities.  It is expressly understood by the undersigned that running is a potentially hazardous activity, which could result in injury or death, and that participation and association with the Club is entered into at the sole risk of the undersigned and that the organizers and sponsors of related Club activities are exempt from, and shall not be liable for, any and all damages, loss, and/or injury arising from any cause whatsoever, including negligence.  It is also expressly understood by the undersigned that participation and association with the Club is done in a legal manner and the undersigned will obey all State and local laws and ordinances while participating in Club activities and that undersigned is fit to participate in the Club.  You also agree that you will not use the term “Brick West Running Club”, or any logos for Brick West Brewing Co in any unauthorized way including but not limited to: promotion of activities that are not organized by the Club, on any goods and electronic media without the written consent of the Club.  If such violations occur, you consent to the confiscation of such materials whether they are physical in material or electronic.  In addition, you hereby grant permission to the Club the right to use, reproduce, and/or distribute photographs, films, videos, and sound recordings of yourself or your legal minor, without compensation or approval rights, for use in materials created for purposes of promoting the activities of the Club.
